In June 2023, the CaRe Network proudly marked its global presence through prestigious international academic events in Romania. Beginning June 29–30, Prof. Dr. Phatiphat Thounthong was invited as a Keynote Lecturer on the 15th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI-2023).

Following this, Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam continued to strengthen the academic footprint by delivering a Plenary Talk at ISIM & ISWIM 2023 on June 28. Organized by the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and the University of Alba Iulia, this event brought together leading mathematicians and researchers under the support of the Romanian Mathematical Society.

To further expand international collaboration, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wiyada Kumam actively engaged in academic networking and strategic partnership development under the Erasmus+ Project from June 23 to July 3. Her visit helped reinforce educational cooperation between Thailand and universities in Romania, Switzerland, and Germany, opening doors for future joint research and academic exchanges.
