CaRe In Hanoi
From March 9 - 16, 2025, members of the CaRe Global Network participated in the international academic conference “Spring School and Workshop on Variational Analysis and Optimization 2025” at the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics (VIASM), Hanoi, Vietnam.
The event aimed to promote collaboration and exchange of ideas between countries in developing the Fundamental Principles of Variational Analysis and Optimization Theory. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam and Prof. Dr. Narin Petrot were honored to be invited as lecturers and speakers at the workshop.
CaRe In Ho Chi Minh
From January 9–11, 2024, Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam, a leading researcher, was honored to serve as a keynote speaker at The International Econometric Conference of Vietnam (ECONVN2024), held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
In the same event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wiyada Kumam (Researcher L2) also presented her research as part of the conference. She was joined by fellow CaRe Network members, including Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam (Keynote Speaker), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Narin Petrot (Researcher L2), and Dr. Konrawut Khammahawong (Researcher L3), all of whom actively participated in this international academic gathering.
Prof. Dr. Narin Petrot, a Level 2 member of the CaRe Network: Global Leader Project, was honored as an Invited Speaker and Scientific Committee member at the IWOTAA 2023 – International Workshop on Optimization Theory and Applied Analysis. The event was held at Saigon University, Vietnam, from July 16–18, 2023.
Joining him was Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam, a Level 1 member of the CaRe Network, who also participated in the event. The workshop brought together experts and researchers from around the world to share knowledge and foster academic collaboration in the field of optimization and applied mathematics.
The event was not only academically enriching but also culturally engaging, offering warm welcomes, networking opportunities, and memorable moments for all participants. Congratulations to Prof. Dr. Narin Petrot and Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam for representing the CaRe Network on an international stage!
