CaRe Network Strengthens Academic Collaboration with Taiwan

On October 28, 2025, the CaRe Network continued to expand its international partnerships through an inspiring academic collaboration with Professor Jein-Shan Chen, Dean of the College of Science at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), Taiwan. His visit and seminar on “Smoothing Functions for Sparse Optimization: A Unified Framework” provided valuable insights and opened new directions for joint research and knowledge exchange.
This collaboration marks another milestone in CaRe’s mission to foster excellence in theoretical and computational science through global cooperation. By connecting researchers from Thailand and Taiwan, the CaRe Network aims to strengthen academic ties, promote innovation, and drive scientific advancement on an international scale.
